The Association of Exporters of Mediterranean Aquaculture and Animal Products (ASHİB) participated in the fair at the Anuga 2017 Fair held in Cologne, Germany between 7-11 October 2017 with an info stand.
The Anuga 2017 Fair which is organized in every two years, hosts more than 7,400 exhibitors and 165,000 visitors from nearly 200 different countries this year, bringing together all the players from around the world with the world’s largest food fair.
INTENSE INTEREST FOR THE ASHIB DESK FROM MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES’ VISITORS
The products are displayed in the 11 different halls such as drinks, meat and meat products, dairy products, baked goods and organic foods while Association of Exporters of Mediterranean Aquaculture and Animal Products is placed in the 9th hall where meat and meat products were exhibited, took place with a 21 meters square info stand of 21 meters. Especially Lebanon, Libya, Jordan, and other Middle Eastern countries showed great interest to ASHIB Stand, also introductory catalogs were distributed to visitors.
Aquaculture and animal products sector is represented by Mr. Ali Can Yamanyılmaz as the Head of the Board of the Union of Mediterranean Aquaculture and Animal Products, and by Tahsin Kabaali as the Board Member and by Yüksel Küçük as Audit Board Member.
Mr. Ali Can Yamanyılmaz underlined that they have participated in various fairs in various countries such as Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Israel and Germany since 2016 and they have met with intense interest in all these fairs as “Union of Exporters of Mediterranean Aqua Products and Animal Products”, “Finally, We are proud to introduce our association, our members, aquatic products and animal products, and in the upcoming period we will make every effort to increase our sector exports as an Association of Exporters of Mediterranean Aquaculture and Animal Products “.
AFTER ANUGA ROUTE TO ISRAEL
At the end of November, 2017, Israfood Fair will be organized in Israel, and they are excited to be performing the national participation organization. Mr. Yamalanyılmaz also told the news that it was the project to realize the Turkish Day Events in Israel with the aim of promoting Turkish food products at the same time.
